Rory took Hannah on their first date to see the film Scooby Doo and still managed to win over her heart. Young love turned into true love when he proposed in front of Hannah’s horse Rowan.  They definitely share love of horse power with Rory competing in Motorsports.

Hannah and Rory’s wedding had been one I was looking forward to a LOT since they booked me to be their photographer earlier in the year.  The picturesque country estate Broxmouth Park as their venue, a super sweet couple with a great sense of humour and not to mention the VIP special guest of Hannah’s horse Rowan.
  
It was great to be able to work alongside the amazing Circles Bridal Hair who did a fantastic job of Hannah & the girl’s hair and make up on the day.  I loved Hannah’s elegant and classic wedding dress by the designer Stewart Parvin purchased from Rachel Scott Couture. Her gorgeous natural style bouquets were made by a family friend and were perfectly fitting for the venue and Hannah’s style.

The couple chose to get married in the glamorous and elegant main dining room of Broxmouth Park with the incredible chandelier and detailed wallpaper in the room. The chose to have a humanist ceremony adding a personal touch with the amazing Tim Maguire taking the ceremony. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a celebrant.

  
Hannah’s friend Julie brought along the VIP special guest Rowan from his stables for some photographs.

We used the woodland pathways and the lake on the estate for their couple portrait session followed by taking the formal photos at the entrance to the main house.

I loved the screen of all the image of Hannah & Rory from over the years as well as their table plan map.

Hannah and Rory chose to have a ceilidh for their evening reception at their wedding which made for lots of fun evening dancing shots!

We did some further portraits in the evening making the most of the gorgeous interior and exterior of Broxmouth.
